Ordering & Payments
- How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your shipping details and payment information, and you’re all set! - What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and Apple Pay. - Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once processing begins, changes may not be possible. Please contact us at hello@themuslimfinds.ae as soon as possible for assistance

- Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on your location. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. - How long does shipping take?
Domestic Orders: 1-2 business days
International Orders: 7-14 business days
Shipping times may vary due to customs or unforeseen delays. - How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to track your package in real time.

Returns & Exchanges
- What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Customized or digital products are non-refundable. - My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please email hello@themuslimfinds.ae with your order number and photos of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll assist you with a replacement or refund. - Can I exchange a product?
Exchanges are available for unopened, unused items within 14 days. Please contact us to initiate the exchange process.
