Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sunday and UAE public holidays).
  • You will receive an email confirmation with order details and tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time & Fees

Shipping within the UAE:

  • Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Flat shipping fee: AED 20 (free shipping on orders over AED 200).

 International Shipping:

  • We currently offer international shipping to selected countries.
  • Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 5 to 12 business days.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applicable in their country.

Shipping Partner

We ship all orders using Aramex, known for their fast, secure, and reliable service across the UAE and worldwide.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package in real-time via the Aramex tracking portal.

Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs clearance (for international orders)

We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact details, and postal code are accurate at the time of order.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Undeliverable Packages

If your package is undeliverable and returned to us:

  • We will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
  • If you choose to cancel instead, we will issue a refund excluding original shipping costs.
