At The Muslim Finds, your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

You can request an exchange or return within 14 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

  • You’ll need your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, simply email us at hello@themuslimfinds.ae. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return instructions.
Important: Please don’t send items back without first contacting us,returns without approval won’t be accepted.

Exchanges

Need a different size, colour, or product? The fastest way is to request a return for the original item, and once it's approved, place a new order separately for the item you prefer.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Some items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including:

  • Custom-made or personalise items

  • Sale items and gift cards

  • Orders paid by Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Orders shipped outside the UAE

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We take great care when packing your order. If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

*Contact us immediately after delivery. We’ll assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please note: Refunds may take several days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

*Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refund or return.

Payment Confirmation

When you complete your payment, you’ll receive an email confirmation within 24 hours.

Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders are shipped via trusted third-party couriers.

  • Delivery fees apply to returns unless the return is due to an error or defect.

  • If your order qualified for free delivery, the actual delivery costs will be deducted from the refund amount in case of return.

  • Sale and promotional items cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Exchanges are only available for items purchased within 14 days.
